Retreat Catering

I cook for yoga retreats, from day events to full weekends. My food offering is plant-based, wholesome and always suited to the season. The food is made to fit with the Ayurvedic understanding of our daily digestion ~ biggest meal around midday with a lighter, well-cooked evening meal.

Private Catering

I offer private catering to clients who like me to come to their home and create healthy, wholesome meals for them (and their family). I can stock up fridges, freezers and baking tins with nourishing food that doesn’t skip out on the colour, flavour and fun that you or your partner/kids might be used to.

This can be for one day (if local), over a number of days, or up to a week, perhaps for a holiday or special occasion.

Cooking Classes

I love to run cooking classes - never prescriptive, always inclusive of individual needs and circumstances. The best ‘diet’ for you is one that is enjoyable, fulfilling, practical and takes into consideration all of those (animals, people, planet) that is affects.

Cooking classes are reserved for retreat settings where we can include a theoretical and practical element and tuck into beautiful plant-based feast (or many!).
