During this holistic class, you can expect a warm welcome followed by a combination of some challenging strength building, pelvic floor awareness, gentle movement to release physical tension as well as mindfulness practices, calming pranayama, sonic soothing, restorative/Yoga Nidra/hypnobirthing and lots of beautiful moments to connect deeply to your baby within. There will always be a long period of relaxation to close, allowing you and your baby to soak up all the good stuff!

On the last Monday of every month, I share a special Pregnancy Yoga Nidra.

Vinyasa Flow

Thursdays 7:45-8:30am

Flow through an ever-changing sequence of poses in rhythm with your breath in this fun, dynamic Vinyasa Flow class, taught with fresh air blowing through the windows. Get your Thursday off to a great start by working your mobility, circulation, respiration and connecting body, mind and spirit to approach the day ahead with a clear intention.

 

Hatha Flow

Fridays 9:15-10:15am Yoga Kula Leeds

Ever inspired by the natural world, this fluid yet grounding class, moves at a slower pace to connect with the ore subtle ~ the movement of prana that can never be rushed.

We begin a new sequence with each new moon then return to it each week as we move throughout the cycle, allowing the postures and flow to become more embedded so over time, you can find that flow state.

This slow flow session is best suited to those who have completed a beginners course in yoga and have been practicing for 3-6 months in order to ensure basic understanding of safe shapes before flowing through and between them.

 

Restorative & Yin for Stress Relief

Yoga is not self-improvement but is a means to rediscover and be with yourself as you are. This class is the perfect antidote to modern life which naturally involves daily stress, be it big or small. Here you will be given the opportunity to build resilience, learn coping mechanisms and practice presence.

Each class will be a mixture of gentle asana, calming breathing practices, meditative yin and relaxing restorative postures, aiming to release both physical and mental tension. Make the time to process the week so far in order to move into the weekend with more ease. Ella is trained in Teaching Yoga to Support Mental Health and looks forward to working with you. All levels welcome.

 

Post-natal Yoga (bring baby)

For mum, dads, carers, anyone who would like some bonding time with their little one while also serving their own body through gentle asana practice to reengage the pelvic floor, open up the chest and spine and build strength and stability around the glutei and lower back… something we could all do with!

Enjoy spending time around other new parents and stay for a cuppa and chocolate.
