Expect a woodland yoga practice, fireside meditation, writing & releasing ritual, tea ceremony and sharing circle, before a moonlit walk back to where we began. We will meet at dusk, on the last night of British Summer Time, before the clocks turn for winter. From here we will walk to the forest for our woodland yoga flow into the night. We will gather around the firepit enjoying the light, warmth and sound of the crackling flames. Here you will be guided through a mediation, writing practice and releasing ritual, to shed light on what is no longer serving you so that you can move forward lighter and brighter. We will move into a special tea ceremony using an organic blend of Chocolate Chai - medicine for the body, mind and spirit. This special Rasa Teas infusion uses the husk rather than the nip of the cacao bean, therefore, there is no caffeine.
